As part of our commitment to the environment we have implemented a number of common sense measures. These include:

·        Minimising the use of toiletries and cleaning products that contain chemicals

·        Maximising the use of micro-fibre cloths as an alternative to chemical cleaners

·        Minimising the use of printed media in communications

·        Using high-efficiency, low-energy and low-water electrical products where feasible

·        Using high-quality insulation throughout the premises

·        In the preparation of food and drink, ensuring that the minimum quantity of water is heated for a given need

·        Maximising the reuse and recycling of waste, packaging and other items

·       Sourcing food and drink locally where feasible and consistent with maintaining high quality for our guests
